Ty has managed hundreds of shows and events both nationally and internationally. He holds a certificate in Crowd Management from Edinburgh Napier University and is also a trained FPOS. Ty ensures the safety and security of all events. As Managing Director, he leads WeGotThis with a focus on delivering tailored security solutions for clients worldwide.
Qasam Ijaz
Director of Strategy
Qasam brings 25 years of extensive experience in the security industry, having managed several businesses independently. He's also the driving force behind multiple NGOs he's founded and developed, gaining public recognition for his efforts. Qasam's expertise lies in translating complex risk concepts for senior management, ensuring informed decision-making. In 2015, he completed his bachelor's degree in Disaster and Risk Management. At WeGotThis, he provides strategic advisory and specialized counsel, driving the company's growth.

Jesper has over 10 years of leadership experience in managing major sports and show productions worldwide, specializing in both production and security. His extensive network of global contacts and his hands-on approach to operational leadership make him a key part of WeGotThis. Cecilie spent 8 years as the Managing Director at Publicis Media, the world’s second-largest media network. Alongside this, she has held various board positions throughout her career. Currently, she leads MU.ST Agency, where she specializes in media and political analysis. Cecilie holds both a bachelor's and a master's degree in sociology. At WeGotThis, she uses her extensive experience to manage all media-related situations for our company and clients, ensuring effective communication and strategic media handling.
